About the book
Initially, I started writing this book in order to ask a few difficult questions of a number of the players in the investigation and coronial inquest into the death of British endurance cyclist Mike Hall near Canberra, Australia on 31 March 2017.
Following the release of Kangaroo Justice and the Death of Mike Hall: An Australian Miscarriage of Justice, I began writing down some ‘concluding’ questions because, in my opinion, there were still many questions that had not been adequately answered.
Imagine if Mike himself were able to ask questions of the authorities who investigated his death and who oversaw the Inquest. How would they explain their actions to him?
Where possible, I have put my questions to the relevant people by email or, where appropriate, by phone. The dates this occurred, and the answers they provided if they chose to respond, have been meticulously documented.
There are many questions surrounding Mike’s death and the Inquest that followed that have not been adequately answered. The whole truth has not yet been told.
